- Designed and created the staff management system used by all BUF employees, so that changes could quickly be reviewed by production in terms of scheduling and the impact on available resources.

- Implemented the first dailies viewer for BUF that allowed everyone to view the latest cut for in-context appraisal.
- Further developed the automatic generation of reviews and reports, used on a daily basis.
“Arthur and the Great Adventure” (2010)

- Designed and created the work tracking system used to deliver the largest VFX show the company had undertaked to that date.
- Participated in high-level planning meetings involving Producers and Heads of Department.
“La Planète Encore” (2010)

- Worked with VFX supervisors to establish detailed roadmaps covering both long-term milestones and short-term goals.
- Managed the integration of third-party solutions for asset management and production tracking.
“Arthur and the Revenge of Maltazard” (2009)

- Worked across both 3D and 2D disciplines, building up a clear understanding of each role and accompanying methodology within the production.
- Addressed immediate development concerns whilst protecting longer-term goals and designing the new asset management system.
BUF
Managing the core production tracking development team, I was responsible for pipeline developments that impacted the entire company, including the central asset management system.
- Established skill set for team and actively involved in recruitment.
- Single-handedly brought the development of the asset management system back onto track, completely rebuilding it from scratch and overseeing the deployment onto new shows.
- Also provided support outside of main responsibilities, such as basic hardware and technical support.
